Who processes the data
The controller of this website is the Center for Strategic Communication and Countering Disinformation, an administrative authority established by Law no. 242/2023, with its registered office at 53 Sfatul Țării St., MD-2012, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. Contact for any question about personal data: info@stratcom.md.
Requests concerning data protection are sent to info@stratcom.md, for the attention of the data protection officer.
Legal framework
We process personal data in accordance with Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection, in force since 23 August 2026, which transposes Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The supervisory authority is the National Center for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md).

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build profiles and we make no automated decisions based on visitor data.
Cookies and consent
On your first visit we ask for your consent to analytics cookies. Without it, Google Analytics is not loaded and no information is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer; when consent is withdrawn, analytics cookies are deleted.
Google Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited, with the IP address truncated. Details: Google privacy policy.
Who receives the data
Data is not sold and is not shared with third parties, except for the hosting provider (in the European Union), Google for the usage statistics you have accepted, and public authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing. To exercise these rights write to info@stratcom.md; we reply within 30 days. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to log data is limited to authorised technical staff.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version, with its update date, is always published on this page.
